Postpartum Massage Therapy
Pregnancy massage is important, but so is post-partum massage. Your RMT can guide you through the healing process post-birth so you can recover faster. Postpartum massage can be helpful to address postural changes that have occurred during the pregnancy. It can also aid with pelvic floor conditions, cesarean scar restrictions, breast feeding, improving sleep quality, and diastasis recti abdominis.

Infant Massage Therapy
Infant massage has a multitude of benefits for your baby including: Longer and deeper sleep, alleviating colic and constipation, alleviating pain related to teething, improving baby's muscular coordination and more. Your RMT can create a custom treatment plan for your little one and educate you on how to help your baby at home.

Indie Head Massage
Indie Head Massage is an ancient form of massage therapy focusing on the face, scalp, neck, shoulders and pectoral regions. Warm oil is generously applied to these areas as well as to the hair (so please bring a hat or hair tie for after). This is paired with deep therapeutic massage targeting muscles and fascial restrictions in the head-neck-shoulder area promoting a sense of deep relaxation.
